How to change a word file into a pdf file is very easy without having to use an application or online applications.We only utilize the application ms word 2007 only. the function of us changing the file ms word is usually to minimize the file size. so if we want to send the file is not too long to download it. However we must have Ms Word application in advance, I recommend using use ms word 2007.
how we use this actually is very easy we just save as to a pdf form. For more details simply we open the file in ms word wants us Fox. see picture below
After the display appear as above then we "save as", then we select "Pdf Or Xps" look like the picture below
After you click "Pdf Or Xps" select pdf size we want, i.e. to have 2 size standard (Publishing online and printing) and Minimum size (publishing Online). in this example I use a minimum size so that the result file is getting smaller. and don't forget to hit "Publish" files automatically into a pdf file.
it is extremely easy and can be interpreted directly without the use of additional applications.
